I picked this Prosecco up on special for $15 from the Chateau Guildford Cellarbrations - I really should have bought at least half a dozen as my palate absolutely loved it 💛 Between that and the sourdough garlic bread we were eating, I was in wine & food heaven.
Quick Fact: Prosecco is made from the 'Glera' grape variety.
Silver yellow colour on the eye with enough bubbles to get the party started. On the nose there's whiffs of orchard fruit and lemon with a touch of medicinal scent.
It has a smooth, soft foamy mouthfeel with flavours of candied lemons and pears. Loved it!
