Now we're talking. 3rd day open and really hitting its stride! Deep black and red fruit, that slate minerality and acidity are still really vibrant. I guess I should open the Doix 2 days ahead from now on, eh?

Needs decanting for a couple of hours at least. Great balance, amazing aromas of blackberry with balancing mineral notes. Very nice acidity and round tannins.

Very nice. Unique. Blood orange, orange rind and cocoa. Alcohol nicely balanced. A pretty bouquet. Nice finish
