Tart cherry and dark plum. Kinda smokey, especially in the finish. Dry, tannic. It's pleasant with strongly spiced chicken but would probably be killer with duck. 14.5%ABV.

Found in dad's wine cellar. Pre-Norton dinner wine at O'Neills. Some effervescence, but after 20 mins smoothed out nicely. Still past its prime, but good raspberry and stands up to the tapenade nicely. I bet this was amazing 6 years ago.
