Ovella Negra Penedès White Blend

Garnacha and Malvasia de Sitges, macerated for 1/2 weeks and 6 months on the lees. I like it, ripe but aromatic with stone fruit and floral notes. Some good extraction too, with a good tannic grip, completed by some yeast and citrus too
