Top Notes For
Exotic and potent, with a label that would make Gianni Versace proud. Opens with a peculiar and foreign attitude, but offers a bouquet of wildflowers encased in red licorice, and wears newly stitched racing jacket. Certainly polished, but there’s no mistaking where this is from... the red dirt bursts from the glass.

Dec 29th, 2017Smooth and rich, with intense fruit and well-balanced acidity and sweetness. Still some noticeable tannin. Should be opened an hour early to breathe. Eaten with pot roast. Very enjoyable.

Jan 27th, 2024Excellent body and depth. Has that new world and old blend of style that you expect from good Languedoc wines. BlackBerry, strawberry, licorice, pie crust on the nose. Tart cherry acidity, medium/short finish, medium/low tannins.
