Tons of minerals on the nose and palate, was almost wondering if it was corked but Molly's notes are "minerals, orange blossom, grapefruit zest". Definitely not fruity and very French!! Bigger body though, and ready for a burger pairing!!

Very nice examplar of a SW french Rose. Tons of aciditiy, minerals, and a big squeeze of blood orange, finishing with some nice persistent grip.
