Saké for the wine-minded person. Expansive nose, rounded fruit and fuller bodied, but like a Blanc de Noir champagne with all the cherry notes and a dry finish. Quite harmonious. A Junmai Ginjo that's technically a Junmai Daiginjo. Great.

Amazing, full-bodied sake that is labeled a Ginjo but has a 50% Seimaibuai. Absolutely delicious! Sussie brought this back from her London sake course.
