Big, intense, and full force. Not my style, but a good example.

Love this wine. Nice, reasonably priced Zin with a great nose, lots of red fruit, and a long, dry finish.

Big, dark, dry. Smoky notes with lots of cherries and cola on the palate. Good value!

Still a very young wine. The youth on this wine is quite apparent as this wine is very acidic from the middle to finish. The nose does not suggest the acidity. Red cherry, cumin, maybe a little bit of bubblegum. The entry of this wine is actually quite rounded for a 2015 Zin from Sonoma. Red cherry and baking spice, through the building acidity also seems to be a sweetness in the middle. The finish is raspberry preserves, some wildflowers, but a bit muted by the acidity on the finish. Not my favorite Zin from Martinelli, but still enjoyable. This has a NUMBER of years still to go.

That wine was so smooth! There’s a ton of body it’s easy on the palette. It’s the best Zinfandel I’ve tasted..
