A bit too much caramel oak mars this otherwise good red blend - most likely a Syrah - Zinfandel fusion. Nice bright acidity, Predominant flavors are bright cherry and blueberry. decanting for an hour reduced the oak from intolerable to merely tragic.

Just delicious, like eating from a fruit jar. Muddled black fruits, bramble and earth on the nose. Nice showing of peet moss, vanilla and spice on the palate. Great QPR!

Spicy, strawberry meets blackcherry fruit. Hints of nutmeg and clove. Fresh and ripe with medium weight and well balanced chalky tannins. Vanilla flavors possibly influenced by French oak on the mid-palate. Finishes with persistence and elegance. Great length.
