2009 jackass vineyard with wood fired oven wings for the Super Bowl kickoff. This wine is in a nice place, perfect red color (no bricking), nice nose (not hot or alcoholic) a touch sweet on the entry and a long finish. If I had to be picky it would be it is a bit too sweet, could use some more acid, time will tell and I would not be afraid to hold for 3-5 more years.

Outstanding. Still solidly in its drinking window; classic big, complex Martinelli Zinfandel. Absolute favorite!
