Considering its age, I'll just briefly add; kudos to the Martinelli crew in crafting such an impressive and (to me) age worthy Zin. Easy 93 p.

Who said zins do not age..??!! Martinelli G&L. Rocks like. U2. Fifteen years old. Showing graceful notes of cream de casis. And blueberrpie pie. Elegant. And well balanced. 👍👍👍

2001. Nothing like a good zin with barbecued chicken. Very subtle texture for as big of a wine as this. Not overpowering. My only criticism was the nose. Dirty socks or something like it which did not transmit to the palate. Hard to evaluate. Did I like it or not? I did
