Delectable ate my contemporaneous notes from last night. So my “day after” recall is that this was showing signs of its age (oxidation) on the nose, but the palate was a bit fresher, with nice texture and balance.

A smoky Grenache bomb. But mid weight. Lots of coffee, earth, fruit rinds,
A surprise for Xmas dinner.
