Have been in a merlot kind of mood lately and I always say, #youhadmeatmerlot ! On the nose, plum, oak, earth, lavender. On the palate supple tannins, blackberry, plum, black licorice, and smoke. Good wine for a pizza and movie night!

Jan 15th, 2017It's a little more acidic that I was expecting to pair. The fruit it there and it's light but I won't be buying it again.

I can't believe I'm giving a bottle of wine with a screw on top this high of a rating. But it's the perfect amount of dryness with a good cherry note.
