Almond, strawberry, cherry, black pepper... Wow what a nose! The palate is very well balanced and powerful: super strong acid backbone, bright red fruit all along, some nice width with a grippy soft texture, some tannins kicking things up before a very long and wide fruity finish, where fruit liquor and almond waltz together for a while. A bitter touch finishes up in style. What a ride!

Rather typical aromatic bouquet of white wines from the south; with its notes Melon, Peach, white flowers. A slight welcome fat (oak, vanilla), almost Viennese secondary notes between butter and honey. An extroverted character that makes it ideal to accompany a sage risotto, lemon zest, and scallops.

Bouquet aromatique plutôt typé, vins blanc du sud avec ses notes Melon, Pêche, fleurs blanches. Un léger gras bienvenue (chêne, beurre, vanille), des notes secondaires quasi viennoise entre beurre et miel. Un caractère extravertie qui le rend idéal pour accompagner un risotto de sauge, zestes de citrons, et noix de Saint-Jacques.
