We had a handful of these bottles for lunch. Very good without food, very fresh and tasty. More than ok with food. Not the most minerality or structure. Just very good and drinkable. Joyable

Consistent with other comments here, it definitely grows on you. Was smooth, but seemed underwhelming initially.
