Excitingly intense nose of tropical fruits (kiwi, pineapple, soursop, kumquat), fennel, freshly cut grass, sage.
Smooth and fresh medium-bodied palate. Balanced acidity. Piquant grapefruit bitterness on top of green gooseberry, pineapple, pomelo, pippin apple flavors.
Persistent enjoyable finish accenting lime and apple.
Nice both as aperitif and as pair to lean fish.
