Very pleasant..just a hint of sweetness at first, but not overly so, with some butteriness. Floral and slight citrus notes.

Feb 27th, 2023Surprisingly bold tho a little alcohol forward. Almost too fruity, but manages to stay dry enough to be drinkable. Holds up well to tart apples. A tad sour at the end, but only for a moment. Good everyday rough wine
