Delicious! Floral, lilacs, some pronounced white pepper that is almost reminiscent of northern Rhone, vibrant acidity and zippy quality. Finish is like dragon fruit or a Belgian tripel. 7 years old and better than ever.

20 months on oak which usually isn't my thing but it was seamlessly integrated. Dried lemon peel. Superb minerality balanced by typical Italian mouth watering acidity.
