Had it again with pizza. Dark purple. Smelled like leather, tobacco, dark fruit, black raspberry. Jammy and spiky taste, good acidity, good tannins. Great with capricciosa pizza.

I really liked this. Bright and fruity, smelled wonderful. It was a little harsh on the first sip but it settled down after that and was very nice to drink. It went very well with the pasta in cream sauce that was served.
