This was stellar cab franc and cab sauv blend. Something very unexpected. It had well balanced fruit, tannin, good acid structure. It lacked a little depth but overall it was absolutely delightful.

Pepper and spice with the Cab Franc. Body and dark fruit with the Cabernet Sauvignon. Overall, a bit more mild than I prefer. That said, Michigan wine can be very good and quite surprising.
