White Cap. Glorious nose of refined slate, lanolin, fresh herbs, some hints of apricot and green apple. So subtle, almost like an elegant Chablis crossed with Mosel. I am sure it will open more with air but the foundation is there for dynamite aromatics. Some sweet ginger now. Lime blossom. The palate is just awesome. Rich. chewy and dense but light as a feather and so elegant. Long and focused with sweet lime fruit and unreal purity. This is so close to a 9.7. Overnight the aromas are so stunning and the palate even more elegant but it stayed at 9.6. Actually got to a 9.7 as the finish just became transcendent and forever.
