Palate was scary elegant when it got there. Just floated. Only a 9.9 because age will bring greater complexity. This is the White Capsule. Trocken.

Sep 29th, 2023Gold Cap. Holy smokes. It smells almost dry and super excessive slate. Bit of honey. Bit of pear, blood orange, hint of botrytis, foie gras, wild but incisive and so complex but also so much more to reveal. Fruit candy soup. Wow so elegant. Not too sweet and so complex but more to reveal. Loving the slate on the finish. Lime blossom on the nose now. Salty now on the finish. Totally seamless. More to come with air.
This became even more refined and had too .0001% finesse. Gorgeous tropical fruit and no pineapple. Amazing amazing wine just oozing with class, precision, delicacy and refinement.

Golden Capsule. Cellar Tracker says it should stay in the cellar up to 2057. WTF. I’ll be almost 80 years old at that point. Who does that? Wednesday seems appropriate.
