What a nose. Gorgeous wet earth. Super spice and slate. Very red fruits. So elegant and pure. Just dynamite. Super airy and mineral with some attractive framing sweet wood. But just unreal wet earth. Like this is so Burgundian it’s nuts. Wow. What complexity. Sickness. So soft and yet insanely complex with just the most stunning, refined, sweet velvety tannins. This is so impressive. Nose is so elite. Superb concentration and sap and such freshness! So much slate. Totally velvety. Velvety city. Terrific length and such depth. This is world class Pinot Noir. Just outrageous. This will open and open and open. Such finesse and elegance. No hard edges. Incredible mouthfeel and so soft and sweet. But always the slate. It’s always there. Mindbendingly great Mosel Pinot. The best I’ve ever had. It’s really not close. Unreal fruit. So pure. So defined and so clear. This has surpassed my expectations by a lot. Amazing finish. Yes. A 9.7.
