Yum. Paired with harissa glazed sea bass with red onion.

Not much to add to my last note. Paired perfectly with chicken tagine. Plenty of gas in the tank, but drinks very well now.

Powerful, rich and first rate introduction to the Domaine.

Yum. Salt, lemon and chalk on the nose and on the palate. Amazingly refreshing, showing a kiss of residual sugar on the palate. Great fruit, and great minerality. Lemony, salty finish. Just wonderful.
