Tart tart. Then smooths out to a lemony buttery green apple. Really gets better and opens up as it warms up.

Mineralogy with out much buttery notes. Hits back palette and had lingering finish but missed mid range.

This is pretty much my fav white in recent history. Nice flavor complexity. Good acidity. Not too oaky. Nice winter white option.
