Wonderful been on day 3. Drank this bad boy over a few days leaving it vacuvined in my cellar. Sacrilege? Maybe .... however, it drank differently every day. Day three was the best. An interesting experiment.

Tom eddy wine? Well balanced with good fruit.. Black currant alluring nose. Good acidity. Soft fruit tannins. A little hot on nose. Long - finish. Great mouth feel. Drinking great now
