Vinous. Moving from primary to tertiary, but still reminiscent of plump Russian river fruit. Subtly baked aromas mixed with cedar and cigar box. The magic of old wine.

Lots of ripe raspberry on the nose followed by leathery scents. On the pallet it is smooth with “automatic” transitions: red fruit welcoming, outburst of earthiness, the right pinch of acidity, composed tannings and a savory finish. Might be the second glass of the night taking but this is tasting very good.
