The 2012 vintage was delicious (had the 2015 at the store). The '12 was extremely cider-like on the nose with even more of that minerality on the palate shinning through. Paired perfectly with the whitefish and creamy/slightly spicy veggie side dishes we ate 🤤

Riper fruit notes, almost tropical notes, hints of banana and spice. Similar notes on the palate with underlying minerality.
