The nose on this is gorgeous. There’s a lightness of bread, honeysuckle, and rain. Then I also get a red wine like smell of cherries and currants. Palate is impressive and leans more toward oak and red wine. Forest for sure, really interesting fruit with apple, hint of tropical fruit, some cantaloupe, sourdough toast, and cherries jubilee. I’m not sure I’m doing it justice in describing. It just keeps evolving. Seems to punch well over its weight class. Hope I can secure another bottle or two. Resonance 2016 Extra Brut disgorged March 2020.

Fascinating. Low pressure. Brothy and savory. Great with some air.
