Black red with fuchsia rim; looks young and vibrant and bold. Smells like blackberries in wet plaster. Heavy mouthfeel, strong tannins, and a lengthy finish. Best served with fatty red meats (like salami) or very dark chocolate. I recommend you decant it at least 30 minutes.

A bit bold, bitter. Good nose. Fruity on the front end but a bit too much of umami on the back end . Not very balanced with a good amount of residue at the bottom of the bottle. Will go well with some meat.
