Pale gold in colour. Black olives, yellow pears, and elderflower on the nose. Wet stones are there also. The salinity and fleshiness of black olives pops up on the palate, as well as a bit past overripe yellow pears and a tinge of balsamic sweetness.

So good, especially for the price. Mineral and funky. Perfect with Oysters
