Definitely lucky purchase. Wine of light golden colour, with few bubbles even. Nice bouquet of pineapple, passionfruit, papaya, with hints of chrysanthemum, hay and thyme. Pleasantly acid mouthfeel: lemonade, sweetie peels, green apple. Aftertaste of lime zest and green apple.
Very good pairing to seafood fettuccine and chicken côtelettes de volaille with butter and spinach.
