2012.....Let this aerate for 3 hours. Wow, then all components in balance with a silky texture, medium finish. Notes say I paid $39 for this bottle. This is a better bottle of wine of my recent purchases. I would buy again. Very good wine.

Seamless combination of Malbec and Syrah. Things are getting crazy here, what with the reindeer and unicorns diving into the tree. God help us all.

Great mouthfeel blend. Nothing pronounced but the harmony says I will be back for more. 2 hours in and it opened with dark plum.

A "Rock Star" project by winemaker Marcelo Pelleriti of 100-point Chateau La Violette and 99-point Chateau Le Guy fame. And what a rock star this wine is: powerful and deep. Explosive and layered aroma of blackberry, plum, roasted coffee beans, black tea, black peppers, Chinese herbs, and butterscotch, with slight green notes. Medium plus acidity. Mouth puckering tannins which should mellow down with some aging. Incredible long finish with heat. Simply electrifying.
