What a difference a year makes?
This presented a deep blue/purple with somewhat simple fruit notes. But it is so fresh, crunchy and vibrant, like a wiggly puppy, that one can't help but be charmed. Gulpable.

Solid Sunday night Red Burg. Love this producer’s Aligote as well. Crunchy red fruit dominates, a touch of spice, and mild mineral. Very straightforward and would be SUPER with salmon, poultry, pork, and such.

A very nice Bourgogne, under 18$, does what it needs to - cherries, fine tannins, enough lift in mid palate

From Cork $23 on 8/11/2024. Light color and nose but rich and thick on the palate bursting with short-lived Pinot flavor and hot alcohol. Improves with chilling.
