Burgundy’s other white grape. Goes through malolactic fermentation which adds lovely depth to the mid-pallet. Aromas and flavors of ripe melon, pears and honey. Hint of unripe peach and lemon. Nice acidity and touch of saline. Creamy texture. Finish is a bit short but it is nice and tangy. Nice option to chill and drink on a hot summer day.

No nonsense aligote. Enjoyable but not terribly complex.
