Verjus like nose and on the palate when first opens. Subsides, but still great acid throughout. Opens into apricot honey, flowers, a touch of minerality and creaminess on the nose. Lemon and grapefruit followed by apricot on the mid palate through the finis. A touch of honey and lactic acid to round it out. Very complex and balanced village level puligny

Pale lemon color. Clean Nose: Medium - intensity, green fruit. Medium+ body, medium acidity, medium finish. Balanced. Expressive of puligny but not complex. Ok for everyday drinking but not at this price range.
