Aug 13th, 2023Rose petal, white flowers, slate, saline, plum skin. The floral notes linger for a great while. It does best after warming a bit or in very small sips where the minerality balances the floral notes well. but when too cold the muscat-ity renders it perfume-like. Drinks more like a white than a rose.

beautiful, delicate, perfect for sipping next to an open window. or a patio, once that is allowed again. hint of the sea and fresh flowers.
