Fun, tastes skin contact-ish. Lovely light amber color. Opened up nicely as it warmed up. Drank in the time of COVID-19

Grillo fermented (partially) whole cluster with some skin contact. A mineral, musky grillo with lots of sale and some overripe lemon, petrol flavors… almost hinting at some typically reisling notes. Nice medium body, refreshing, ideal with polpo pranzo. On rec of Enoteca Solaria in Ortigia—he told me Manganaro is a Barraco crony.
