Pleasant nose of cedar and dark cherries, and maybe dark chocolate, hough not much more than that. Flavors are similar but with surprisingly good acidity and structure. Soft tannins and a bit hot. At under $20, this is better than I expected it to be for a Cal cab. Good wine with a juicy steak if you don’t need a lot of finesse. Costco.
