One of my favorite grapes from one of my favorite white wine regions. Drinking this 2014 in 2023 and its as strong and yummy as ever, only getting better with time. Great acidity. Notes of candied apricot and honeyed pineapple balanced with lychee and sweet leathery apple notes. Isn't that strange...leather and a fruit but that's what I smell / taste. A testament to the amazing Gewurtz which is always surprising.
