Wow! This is so complex. I think it needs another 5 years in bottle. Over 5 hours evolved so much. Great with food. Berries, violets, so many flowers, so much earth and acidity. Awesome with food.

Jan 26th, 2025Nose explodes out out of the glass. Very fresh. Berries, purple flowers, some baking spice, forest. Palate is very well balanced with excellent fruit of blackberry, black cherry, a bit of plum, more spice, hint of pie crust. This is so drinkable and a great chicken dinner companion. Highly recommend.
