Aligoté grown around Saint Aubin on 'terres blanches'. Aged sur lie. Clear and present acids (of course), but a little cream too. Showing super nice today.

Slightly oxidized, but not in an unpleasant way (yet). Nutty and lemony, on the round side, but with good grip.

Very impressed by this Bourgogne Aligote. Usually not a big fan of the grape but this bottle will make me revisit it more often. This had the typical streak of acidity but it also had enough volume to match really well with food as well.
