Nice slightly sweet but with a lovely acidity. Does an amazing job of boosting a cheese dish where the cheese is overly bitter. Had this problem with both blue cheese salad and ricotta ravioli. This wine fixed them both very nicely. Citrus notes. Medium body, sparkly acidity on the finish. Satiny texture. Def. a food wine as just a touch too sweet and acidic for patio drinking. Nice balance.
