HWT - this Pouilly-Fume is just delicious and fresh, not oaky as it’s aged in stainless steel tanks. Opened to see if I’d want to cook with it but it’s too yummy to cook with! It was popular in 80’s - 90’s and overshadowed by Sancerre, but is very similar and delicious. On sale for $22,normally $24 I’d buy this for a treat. Much more flavor than a Pinot Grigio but not tart like a typical sav blanc.
