CVed 3/7/17 after GL Moine Burg tasting. Nose with more earthy tones and minerality and mix of red floral and fruity notes. Again silky texture and great balance and complexity carrying through to finish with tension. Yum.

Fruit over tones that is smooth.

Tasty Burg. Candied red apple, red flowers, wild strawberries, cranberries, both organic and inorganic earth, though mostly fruit- and flower-driven. No overt oak notes, probably large, used barrels.

Dry and bold
