Very pleasant inexpensive classic chardonnay ... 6 euros by the glass makes this an easy decision, but I'm not sure if I'd have been as pleased if I'd paid US restaurant markup. Lovely minerality, citrus notes, noticeable enough acid to make it an interesting pairing with a wide range. This is an excellent "safe choice" wine ...
