Best Chardonnay I've ever had

What more can you ask for

Very nice. Not the tremendous, mind blowing value of the Bichot Chablis, but not a bad start.

If I could make Chardonnay, this is what I would make. The 2012 has a bigger nose than the 2011, with hints of ripe apple and tropical fruit that is not quite pineapple, but close. Ripe with good body and a hint of creaminess from a little oak. No detectable malo. Excellent green apple sappy acidity. A pleasure to drink. Wonderful for mere Bourgogne Blanc and worth twice the asking price.

This 2011 Chardonnay is 80% stainless. There are slight vanillins on the nose; the palate has a spicy finish with a very nice malic acidity, very well balanced.

Lovely Lemon and mineral. Bright acidity perfect for a summer evening grilling fish

Yellow. Oak, chalk and minerals. Citrus, honeysuckle. Ripen. High viscosity. Rich, crispy. Albert Bichot Bourgogne Chardonnay VV 2020 @2178, Uki, 240601-240708

No oak, smooth flavors, a bit mineral, a bit melon. Held up shockingly well to a cheese board.

Amazingly fresh, salty, fruity. Tasty, complex nots even after a week!
