Cabernet Sauvignon: Initially a good flavor, however after sampling a full glass or two, I experience an almost metallic feel/taste. I would guess this wine aged in SS vats vs oak Barrels. I may be way off on this, but do miss those oaky tannins for a finish.
I can taste the grapes, and love supporting the local winemaker, but will continue 'sampling' the others at Maiolatesi's
