Very light pinkish in color.

On the nose lemons, yeast, earth, limes, green apples, bread, spices, herbs and minerals.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and medium sized bubbles.

Very dry on the palate with light raspberries, citrus, green apples, herbs, earth, minerals, limes, grapefruits, yeast and white pepper.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

This is a young Sparkling wine from Sonoma Coast. Tangy, spicy and easy drinking with a nice mouthfeel.

Nicely balanced and delicate, with nice complexity. Crisp and refreshing.

This vintage sparkling wine Needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

Good by itself and better with food. Will pair nicely with oysters and seafood. I paired it with caviar.

A blend of 54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot Noir. Aged in used French oak barrels. Disgorged in August 2021. Made in the traditional method.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

90 points.

$52.
