The nose is a fun mix of sweet apple cider, peaches, pear nectar and a touch of yeastiness. Red apples, pears and vanilla sugar cookies come first on the palette, followed by a bit of tartness and a fairly long finish. Despite how it sounds, the wine is still pleasantly dry.
